Dynovis Completes Asset Purchase Agreement with Lindstrand USA, Relocates to Rockbridge County
FAIRFIELD, Virginia (January 30, 2018) – Dynovis, Inc. announced today that the company has finalized an asset purchase agreement with Lindstrand USA, Inc., a specialty manufacturer of shelters, aerostats, and specialty fabric products. Under the agreement, Dynovis purchased the operations and assets.
Concurrently, Dynovis announced the opening of a 75,000 SF production, product development and integration facility in Fairfield, Virginia (Rockbridge County). Manufacturing operations purchased from Lindstrand USA will immediately transfer to this facility where Dynovis will invest substantially in a capabilities expansion to support demand for both defense and commercial products.

In early January, Dynovis announced the opening of a program office in Fredericksburg, Virginia and will continue to invest in its engineering and creative office in Richmond.
